Cancellation & Refund Policy

This policy explains cancellations and refunds for payments made on sportauction.in, operated by Techable.

1. One-time payments, no subscription

sportauction.in has no subscriptions, renewals or billing periods, so there is nothing to cancel. You pay once for a single auction, at the point you choose to take it live, and the amount depends on how many players are in that auction. Building an auction, and running one with 20 players or fewer, is free.

A payment applies to the one auction it was made for and does not renew or carry over to another. You will never be charged again for that auction.

2. Refunds

• Fees already paid are generally non-refundable, except as required by law or as expressly stated in this policy.
• If you were charged due to a technical error or a duplicate transaction, contact us within 7 days and we will investigate and refund any incorrect charge.
• For event-based or one-time purchases, refunds are not available once the auction has been run or the feature has been used.

3. How refunds are processed

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method via our payment provider. Refunds typically reflect within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

4. How to request

Email bidlive@techable.in from the address on your account, with your registered email and the transaction details. We aim to respond within 3 business days.
